Please provide thorough and detailed answers—the more information and feeling you share, the more deeply personalized your session will be.

Once complete, your unique answers are used to craft a one-of-a-kind session recording just for you. We offer several lengths to suit the depth of your work:

  • 11-Minute Mini Session: A powerful, concise session perfect for reinforcing a positive mindset or getting focused on a clear objective.
  • 22-Minute Short Session: Our most popular option, allowing for more detailed suggestions and deeper reinforcement for your specific goal.
  • 44-Minute Full Session: An immersive, in-depth experience designed to explore the nuances of your goal, perfect for foundational or complex issues.

To get the most out of your session, find a quiet and comfortable place where you will not be disturbed.

  • Listen once a day, preferably as you are settling down to sleep, allowing the suggestions to integrate overnight.
  • Use headphones for a fully immersive experience.
  • Important: Never listen to your session while driving or operating machinery.
