Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns of unused and undamaged items in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Due to the hand-crafted nature of our products, used or lit candles cannot be returned. We appreciate your understanding of the care and effort that goes into creating each item.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged or defective upon arrival.
