All in-stock items will be processed and shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Delivery times may vary depending on the carrier and shipping method chosen. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor its journey.


Custom or Backordered Items

If your order includes custom or backordered items, additional processing time may be required. You will be notified of the estimated shipping date during checkout or via email.


Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at indigo22.shop@gmaill.com within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly.


International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.
